The CDR Reporting Tool in a nutshell

The call detail reporting software contains a simple to use graphical interface. This creates flexibility in analysing trends, extremes, issues and activities and generating call detail reports from high level to highly detailed. 

The architecture is based on a powerful SQL database process which provides complete freedom to interrogate, analyse and report even the largest CDR data sets. Easy to operate, it runs on multiple PCs across a client-server network architecture or, for smaller organisations, on a single PC.
