Syntech offers two coverage validation services:
- Service Validation – a range of packages designed to verify your contractual service measure and provide assurance that you are receiving the service you require and are paying for. Regular validation helps identify any changes and trends over the lifetime of the service
- Analogue Reference –a means to create a baseline or reference of your existing system to compare against any new system or service
Syntech can analyse data collected by our own drive and walk test surveys, from your own collected data or from that supplied by your service provider.
